A. The subdivider may request a preliminary non-binding advisory review of the proposed Binding Site Plan by the City Administrator prior to preparation and submittal of a conclusive Binding Site Plan. Upon a request for a preliminary non-binding advisory review, the proposed Binding Site Plan must be submitted to the Plat Administrator in substantial compliance with Section 18.26.020 of this chapter entitled General Conditions and Requirements as approved by the City Administrator.

B. The Binding Site Plan will be referred to other departments, agencies, and offices in compliance with Section 18.26.030 of this chapter.
