If any owner of property in the City fails to remove all accumulated snow and ice as set forth in this chapter, the City may remove such snow and ice on their behalf. The City shall charge the owner the reasonable cost of labor to perform the snow and ice removal, which shall not be less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00). [Ord. 2023-07 § 1, October 2023.]
