When the snow and ice on a sidewalk in front of a commercial business in the City is frozen so hard that it cannot be removed without injury to the pavement or the owner’s property, the owner shall cause the sidewalk to be strewn with de-icer, ashes, sand, sawdust or some other suitable material. The owner of the property shall clean such sidewalk of all ice and debris as soon as the weather permits. [Ord. 2023-07 § 1, October 2023.]
