The George City Council shall, annually or more often if necessary, by resolution, establish a schedule “Appendix G” of charges and rates for garbage hookup and connection charges, garbage rates, allotments and overage charges. The resolution shall also list all other garbage service fees and charges. Any services provided to an account during any month which charges shall be charged to the account for the entire month at the most intense service provided at any time during the month.
