The Planning Agency shall have the authority, subject to provisions of this chapter (and specifically Section 19.86.050), to grant, upon such conditions as may be determined necessary in order to realize the intent of this chapter, an administrative permit for a use found to be in harmony with the scope and purpose of this chapter, the intent of the zoning district in which the use is to be located, and the goals, objectives, and policies of the City of George comprehensive plan and in accordance with Section 19.86.040.
