An application for a home occupation use shall be submitted to the Planning Agency for review and consideration in accordance with the provisions, including fees, as set forth in Chapter 19.86. If the Planning Agency deems the application compliant with the provisions of this chapter, the Planning Agency shall issue applicant an administrative permit pursuant to Chapter 19.86. Any party or adjacent property owner aggrieved by a decision rendered by the Planning Agency may appeal the decision pursuant to Chapter 20.11. [Ord. 2023-09 § 6, December 2023.]
