The city will limit all water service connections and sewer side lateral connections to subdivider installed lines for a period of fifteen (15) years from date of acceptance or such other time limit as may be imposed by state law. Should the City Clerk be unable to locate by registered or certified mail prior to fifteen (15) year limitation then all connections to subdivider lines shall be released.
