No agricultural land located within the City’s urban growth areas shall be designated as agricultural land of long-term commercial significance under RCW 36.70A.170. The City is proposing no changes to the manner and intent of the applications of these regulations regarding agricultural lands located within the City’s jurisdictional authority consistent with RCW 36.70.A as amended by the passage of SSB 5248.
