It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of planting, cutting, trimming, pruning, removing, spraying, or otherwise treating trees, shrubs, or vines within the City without first obtaining a Business License and tree cutting permit. The cost of a tree cutting permit shall be as set forth on the City’s current fee schedule, but initially shall be $25.00 until amended. The tree cutting permit shall expire on December 31 of each year.
