6.30.050 Enforcement.
A. Civil Infraction.
1. The Code Enforcement Officer, to be designated by the Mayor, having determined that a public nuisance exists, shall issue a Civil Infraction, as provided in Chapter 1.10, for the following nuisance violations:

2. Each violation shall constitute a separate violation. Each day a violation exists constitutes a separate violation of this chapter.
3. Each second or subsequent violation of this chapter within a twelve-month period shall subject the violator to a C-12 penalty as provided in GMC 1.10.030.
B. Notice of Violation and Order to Correct or Cease Activity. The compliance officer to be designated by the mayor shall issue a Notice of Violation and Order to Correct or Cease Activity, as provided in Chapter 1.20, for any nuisances not listed in section A.
