There is hereby established a fund to be known as the “transportation benefit district fund” into which shall be deposited monies received by the City pursuant to Ordinance No. 2017-08. Monies in the fund shall be used by the City for the purposes identified in Chapter 36.73 RCW, as it now exists or as it may hereafter be amended, and subject to the restrictions contained therein.
