Compliance with the requirements of Titles 14 through 19 shall be mandatory. All violations of the requirements of Titles 14 through 19 may be punished by a civil infraction subject to the maximum penalty provided by Chapter 1.10 of this Code, or administratively by a notice of violation and order to correct. The enforcement actions authorized under this chapter shall be supplemental to the general penalties and remedies provided for infractions or administrative enforcement. [Ord. 2006-05, December 2006.]
