In addition to its legislative responsibility, the City Council shall review and act on the following subjects:

A. Recommendations of the Planning Agency.

B. Appeals of administrative interpretations.

C. Appeals of Hearing Examiner decisions pursuant to Chapter 17.73.

D. Appeals of the Public Works Director’s and/or Planning Agency’s decisions pursuant to Chapter 17.10 and Title 19.

E. Appeals of Planning Agency rulings on continuations, extensions or remodeling of nonconforming uses pursuant to Chapter 19.79.

F. Appeals of Plat Administrator decisions and Planning Agency recommendations pursuant to Title 18.

G. Appeals of Planning Agency decisions pursuant to Chapter 17.10.

H. Appeals of Planning Agency decisions regarding rezones under Chapter 19.87.

I. Appeals from decisions of the Building Official pursuant to Title 14.

J. Appeals of Planning Agency decisions on requests for building on unplatted land pursuant to Section 14.10.080.
