The Council shall meet in regular session on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 P.M. When a meeting date is a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held on the next day at the same hour unless otherwise provided by proper action of the Council. The place of the regular meetings shall be the George Community Hall located at 403 West Montmorency Boulevard, George, Washington, unless otherwise provided by proper action of the Council.
