All manufactured homes not established as a residence within the city prior to the effective date of this ordinance shall bear the insignia of approval by the State of Washington or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development indicating compliance with 42 U.S.C. Sec. 5401-5403 standards (as amended in 2000).
