A. Approval of any preliminary short plat shall expire and become null and void one (1) year after the date of preliminary plat approval.

B. The Plat Administrator may grant one (1) extension of the preliminary plat approval for a period not to exceed one (1) year provided that the request for an extension is filed at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of the one (1) year period from the date of the plat's preliminary approval.
