In the event that the short plat includes a dedication of streets, right-of-ways, parks, playgrounds, easements, reservations, irrigation water right-of-ways, or any area to be dedicated to public use, the Plat Administrator shall forward the instrument of dedication together with any restrictions of limitations thereon to the Council for approval. The Council shall approve the instrument of dedication prior to any short plat approval by the Plat Administrator. Submission of an instrument of dedication shall constitute approval in writing by the applicant for a sixty (60) day extension of the short subdivision preliminary plat approval period as set out in Section 18.13.03 (A9) of this chapter. All dedications shall be recorded as part of the plat.
