If any owner or occupant on any premises supplied with city water violates any provision of Section 12.08.060, the city may shut off the service; and the owner or occupant shall be required to pay all delinquent and unpaid charges against the premises, together with the charge for shutting off and turning on the water before service may again be turned on. The inspection which was refused that caused the service to be discontinued shall be permitted as a condition of the re-establishment of service. [Ord. 1997-10, August 1997.]
