The purpose of this Ordinance to promote and protect the public health, safety, and general welfare by providing for the management of the planting, maintenance, and removal of trees, shrubs, and other plants within the City of George, Washington, and is intended to supplement Chapter 19.75 relative to trees in landscaping.
