11.30.020 Occupancy.
A. Any person, corporation or other entity other than the City of George desiring to utilize the City Park for ordinary uses shall limit the gathering size to a maximum of seventy five (75) persons for each event. [Ord. 81 § II [part], June 1971.]
B. Any person, corporation or other entity other than the City of George desiring to utilize the City Park for special gatherings and/or celebrations shall limit the gathering size to a maximum of two hundred (200) persons for each event. [Ord. 81 § II [part], June 1971.]
C. Any gathering size exceeding the limits stated in (A) or (B) shall pay a fee of one dollar ($1.00) per person over the maximum allowed. In any case the maximum number of persons allowed shall not exceed two hundred (200). [Ord. 81 § II [part], June 1971.]
