Twenty-four (24) hours after the issuance of a parking warning notice for a violation of Section 10.20.080 if the vehicle or trailer continues to be parked in violation of this chapter, it shall be impounded. The owner of the vehicle or trailer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the removal and storage as provided in RCW Title 46. [Ord. 2023-06 § 1, October 2023.]
