The Public Works Director, or the Mayor’s designee, at the direction of the Mayor is authorized and directed to mark off individual parking spaces on the streets and rights-of-way in the City, the parking spaces to be suitably designated by lines or other markers. At each parking space so designated or marked off, it is unlawful to park any vehicle in such a way that the vehicle is not entirely within the limits of the identified space.
