10.10.090 Violation—Penalty.

Every person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a nondeferrable, nonsuspendable C penalty as defined in Chapter 1.20 of the George Municipal Code as follows:
First offense within a 12 month period | C-18 |
Second offense within a 12 month period | C-15 |
Third and subsequent offense within a 12 month period | C-8 |
