Hazardous materials other than flammable and explosive, shall be transported on truck routes of the state of Washington. Local delivery of hazardous material shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Grant County Sheriff or his representative. Transportation of flammable, explosive and hazardous materials regulated by the Uniform Fire Code shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the fire chief. No hazardous materials may be stored on trucks within the city.
